Walk through Japan’s 505-meter-long retro shopping mall in XR glasses 3D.

This video takes you inside “Mall 505,” a quiet outdoor shopping mall located about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Tsuchiura Station in Ibaraki, Japan.

Mall 505 opened in 1985 as a 505-meter-long, three-story outdoor shopping mall.
It was built on the former site of the Kawaguchi River, which gives the mall its long, gently curved layout.

In recent years, it has sometimes been described as an “abandoned mall” due to its quiet atmosphere and many closed storefronts.
However, some shops are still open, and events are also held here from time to time.

In this video, I start from the east side of Mall 505 and walk west along the first floor.
After reaching the west side, I go up the stairs to the second floor, continue walking, then move up to the third floor before finally going down the stairs and returning near the starting point.

With XR glasses in 3D Mode, you can experience the long outdoor passage, the quiet second and third floors, the stairways, and the unique atmosphere under the Tsuchiura New Way elevated road in natural-color 3D.

This video was originally filmed with my QooCam 3 Ultra VR180 Mod setup and converted into a Full SBS 3D version for XR glasses.
