Ingredients:
* 3-4 lbs flap meat, skirt steak, ranchera, or thinly sliced chuck steak
* 7 oz Mexican beer
* Juice of 2 oranges
* Juice of 3 limes
* ¼ cup soy sauce
* 2 tsp maggi jugo or Worcestershire sauce
* ¼ cup oil
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp onion powder
* 2 tsp chili powder
* 2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp oregano
* 5 tsp coarse salt
Roasted Salsa de Nopales
* 2-4 cleaned nopales
* 4 Roma tomatoes
* 3 tomatillos
* 5 chile de árbol
* 1 serrano pepper
* ¼ white onion
* 2 garlic cloves
* ¼ cup cilantro
* Salt to taste
