初夏の京都・宇治を歩くVlog、後編です。

今回は、世界遺産の平等院を訪れ、池のほとりに佇む鳳凰堂をゆっくりと巡りました。
千年近い歴史を持つ建物を眺めたあとは、橘橋を渡って宇治川沿いへ。

川辺では、宇治の伝統的な鵜飼に関わる鵜たちと、そばで一緒に過ごすアオサギの姿にも出会いました。

最後は、宇治川のほとりに鎮座する宇治神社へ。
緑に包まれた静かな境内を歩きながら、初夏の宇治の景色を楽しみます。

前編とあわせて、宇治をゆっくり歩く一日の雰囲気を感じていただけたらうれしいです。

This is the second half of my early summer walk through Uji, Kyoto.

In this video, I visit Byodoin Temple and take a slow walk around the beautiful Phoenix Hall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After leaving the temple, I cross Tachibana Bridge and continue along the Uji River, where I encounter cormorants and a grey heron resting peacefully together by the water.

The journey ends at Uji Shrine, a quiet historic shrine surrounded by fresh green trees.

I hope you enjoy the calm scenery and atmosphere of Uji in early summer.
