On September 30, I took a drive to Handa, Aichi, to see the red spider lilies along the Yakachigawa riverbank 🌺
After so many rainy days in September, the cloudy skies finally gave me a chance for a little getaway. I caught the flowers just before their season ended! 🙌
I’d never seen so many red spider lilies in my life. What an unforgettable sight!
Since I’d come all the way to Handa, I explored nearby Jofuku-in Temple and a shrine, with beautiful red torii gates along the way ⛩️📷
