釧路駅を出発して、道東の大自然を感じる日帰りひとり旅へ。
今回は、日本航空（JAL）を利用して北海道・釧路へ。空の旅から始まる、気ままな一人旅です。訪れたのは、北海道らしい雄大な景色が広がる霧多布湿原と、浜中町にある温泉施設「ゆうゆ」。広大な湿原の静けさと、どこまでも続く空と海の景色に癒されながら、ゆったりとした時間を過ごしてきました。旅の後半は、冷えた体を温泉でしっかりリフレッシュ。地元の方に愛される温泉で、心も体もほぐれるひとときでした。40代・独身の気ままな一人旅ですが、同じように「ちょっとどこかへ行きたい」と思っている方の参考になれば嬉しいです。

Starting from Kushiro Station, I set off on a solo day trip to experience the vast natural beauty of eastern Hokkaido.
This time, I traveled to Kushiro, Hokkaido using Japan Airlines (JAL). It’s a carefree solo journey that begins in the sky. The places I visited were Kiritappu Wetland, known for its sweeping, quintessential Hokkaido landscapes, and the hot spring facility “Yuyu” in Hamanaka Town. Surrounded by the quiet expanse of the wetlands and the endless views of sky and sea, I was able to relax and enjoy a slow, peaceful time.
In the latter half of the trip, I refreshed my chilled body in a hot spring. It was a soothing moment at a bath loved by the locals, where both my body and mind could truly unwind. This is a carefree solo journey of a single person in their 40s, and I hope it can serve as inspiration for anyone who feels like “getting away somewhere” too.
